We do require a credit card on file for reservations. Therefore, we prefer that guests make reservations online. Reservations made over the phone or via email will receive a link to add in credit card information. If no credit card information is provided, your reservation will be cancelled 24 hours prior.

As we are a smaller space, we kindly ask that you respect the following: We do require a credit card on file for reservations. Any cancellations within 12 hours of your reservation time, change in party size within 12 hours of your reservation or no shows will result in a $20-45 charge per person depending on your group size. For groups of 1-4 guests, the charge is $20 per person and for groups of 5 or more guests it is $45 per person. Changes in party size qualify for a no show fee.

We are more than happy to offer gluten free and nut free options as well as accommodate dietary restrictions for both our tasting menu and for our a la carte menu during dinner service. Our kitchen does use mushrooms, garlic and onion in a number of our dishes. We do prefer that you make note of dietary restrictions when making your reservation so our kitchen team can adequately prepare. Please note, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions such as no onion and garlic at brunch.

We require 48 hours notice for dietary restrictions other then gluten free or nut free such as no onion and garlic. We will reach out if we are unable to accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Please note that our Chef will prepare a tasting menu for extended dietary restrictions.

We have two options for our chef’s choice tasting menu. Our small tasting menu is 5 courses (available for groups up to 5 guests) and our full tasting menu is 8 courses. Both options include menu items, off - menu items and dessert. It is a really nice experience and the off - menu items are always a really great surprise!

As our menu items are designed to be shared amongst two people, for larger groups we do our full chef’s choice tasting menu to ensure that there is enough food for the party, for an ease of service and to provide you with the time to enjoy each other’s company while we prepare a beautiful meal for you. It’s all a part of the experience of dining at Folke!

We love meeting your little ones! Please note, we do only have one highchair available and offer a kids pasta selection in lieu of a kids menu. We do ask that you make note of children at the time of making your reservation and include them in your party size.

Have a special bottle of wine that you’ve been saving for a special occasion? We are more than happy to serve it with your meal. We do charge a corkage fee of $50.

We do politely decline any requests to bring in any outside food or drinks with the exception of wine with a corkage fee attached.
