Are there gluten free options?

We are more than happy to offer gluten free options as well as accommodate dietary restrictions. We do prefer that you make note of dietary restrictions when making your reservation so our kitchen team can adequately prepare.

Do you have a corkage fee?

Have a special bottle of wine that you’ve been saving for a special occasion! We are more than happy to serve it with your meal. We do charge a corkage fee of $50.

Can we bring in a birthday cake?

We do politely decline any requests to bring in any outside food or drinks with the exception of wine with a corkage fee attached.

What is the chef’s choice tasting menu?

Our chef’s choice tasting menu is 6 to 8 courses and includes both menu items and off - menu items. It also includes dessert. It is a really nice experience and the off - menu items are always a really great surprise!

Why do groups of 6 or more have to do tasting menu?

As our menu items are designed to be shared amongst two people, for larger groups we do our chef’s choice tasting menu to ensure that there is enough food for the party, for an ease of service and to provide you with the time to enjoy each other’s company while we prepare a beautiful meal for you. It’s all a part of the experience of dining at Folke!

How does the deposit work?

We take deposits for large party reservations as we are a smaller space and want to ensure that all guests who want to join us are able to. Deposits are refunded back to the original of payment upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time result in no refund of the deposit.
